About Contacts Uploading
Contact upload is an optional feature that allows us to check which of your contacts in your device's address book are also Echo Chat users. It also means we can update your Echo Chat contact list when your contacts who aren't using Echo Chat yet sign up later. We care about your privacy and we don't share your contact list with anyone or Companies for their own use, even when they provide us with services.
When you use contact upload and grant Echo Chat access to your device address book, Echo Chat will access and upload the phone numbers in your address book typically daily, but this depends on various factors including how often a user uses Echo Chat, including those of Echo Chat users and your other contacts. We don’t collect any of the other information that could appear in your device address book including names, email addresses, etc.
Profile Photo Uploading
We provide you with the opportunity to upload a photograph to your profile to help members of your contact list to recognise you.
Your profile photo can be removed by Echo Chat if your profile image is not appropriate.
You can upload below types of photo to your profile:
Headshot photo, landscapes photo, animals photo, Sceneries photo etc
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
